仍要懷抱著信心喔

暌違了許久後又開始跳肚皮舞了
與之前最大的差異是
之前沒有鮪魚肚 現在卻有三層肉在影響我跳舞 Orz

昨天肚皮舞老師帶我們做胸口部位的橫向繞八
第一個點就是胸口向側面拉
老師問大家有沒有感覺到被拉的那一面的胸腹交接處的緊繃
我卻只感覺到彎曲這一面的胸腹交接處被一堆肥肉擋住.....
真討厭這堆肥肉...Orz.....

後記:
肚皮舞老師說,降子也不錯,剛好可以當作有沒有認真跳的衡量。
再跳幾次若能感覺不到擠到側邊腹部肥肉,就表示我有認真跳了..
